The Season of Lent begins with an Ash Wednesday service on March 2nd. We enter into the season of Lent (the 40 days leading up to Easter) with this meditative service including prayer, reflection, communion and the imposition of ashes. Lent is traditionally a season of spiritual practices of contemplation, generosity, prayer, and self-discipline.
